Moderco, Inc.
Moderco Inc., based
in the Montreal region, is the largest Canadian operable wall
manufacturer. Our products are used in Convention Centers, Hotels,
School boards, and Office towers among others.
Moderco’s adventure started in 1980. At that time, Moderco
was the Canadian licensee for an existing major US manufacturer
of operable walls & accordion doors. Our promotional
and bid activities were limited to Canada which we dominated
through
a network of 12 installing distributors and our Vancouver
assembly plant.
In 1992,
Moderco became independent of its US licenser and started the
establishment of an International network of distributors.
Since
then, Moderco has proved to have its place among the biggest
in the industry. Our constant progression of the last years
allowed us to grow from 18 employees in 1992, to 27 in 1997,
up to more than 90 employees in 2000. Furthermore , our manufacturing
facility has gone from 24,000 sq.ft. to more than 46,000. Now,
Moderco can count on more than 115 distributors around the world
to better serve you.
Our
mission is to "Design and manufacture products that surpass
customers expectations and further, to offer all our knowledge
and resources to ensure continuous customer satisfaction".
Aside from our products and the quality of our service, the
constant growth of Moderco’s reputation stands on our
ability to guide our customers in developing their projects,
